This morning I did a quick and easy two miles on the treadmill. I was in and out of the gym in 25 minutes (2 ten minute miles and a few minutes for warm-up and cool down).
There was a time, not so long ago, that the idea of running for two straight miles made me ill. Heck, about 5 months ago I couldn't even run for 8 minutes at a time. Crazy.
I downloaded the title track to the new Britney Spears album last night, "Circus." (Yes, Brit Brit is one of my guilty pleasures.) Best. Running. Song. Ever.
