As I am spending more time in the gym, I notice more things that get under my skin.
Today's annoyance: people who hold on to the top of the treadmill with a death grip so they can run/walk faster or at a higher incline. If you are going so fast that you cannot keep yourself on the treadmill without holding on, you are going too fast. It's okay to slow down. You are not getting a full workout and you are putting your body at risk for injury.
Next week's annoyance: hairballs in the shower. Vomit.
